Chilean Pisco

Represents Chile pisco producers. Chile Pisco is usually double-distilled via pot stills and sometimes aged in wood. It may be a pomace brandy but many versions are produced using wine. The main grapes are Moscatel (Muscat of Alexandria), Moscatel Rosado, Pedro Jimenez, Moscatel de Austria (Torrontes Sanjuanino), and Torntel (Moscatel Amarillo, a Paix X Muscat of Alexandria cross).
