The Culinary Institute of America offers courses covering many aspects of the wine industry at the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies. These include a Wine Studies course in the associate degree program, an Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality bachelor’s degree concentration, and a Master’s Degree in Wine Management. Classes can also help pass the Certified Wine Professional (CWP) and Advanced Certified Wine Professional (ACWP) certifications.
